1. The Carbon Matrix
Our organic base acts as a sponge (a “carbon matrix”). It holds onto the added mineral nutrients, preventing them from leaching into the groundwater. Instead of washing away, the nutrients remain in the root zone, available to the plant for weeks, not days.
2. Biological Activation
We don’t just add nutrients; we add life. Atlas fertilizers are pelletized at low temperatures to preserve the beneficial bacteria and fungi inherent in the organic material. Once in your soil, these microbes wake up and get to work – breaking down organic matter, fighting off disease, and unlocking “locked up” soil nutrients.
3. The Buffer Effect
